Project Manager, Field Based - ref:PMF

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced project management professionals for a variety of project opportunities worldwide. Additional experience in de-mining and/or EOD would be an advantage.

The range of duties undertaken in this role will include:

• Developing excellent client relationships
• Producing clear, accurate and well structured reports
• Management of project budgets and local purchasing accounts
• Set up and operation of a full field HQ and self-sufficient camp
• Setting up and maintenance of HF and VHF radio communications networks
• Sourcing and hiring of local staff to support operations
• Planning and supervising the receipt and assignment of stores and vehicles
• Delivery of the client's requirements within agreed standards and time limits
• Management of large equipment inventories including technical stores
• Developing local medical support and casevac plans
• Responsibility for the wellbeing, safety and health of all operational personnel

A minimum of three years relevant field operations, with experience of living and working in remote and hazardous conditions, is essential.
