The explosive remnants of war continue to haunt
local people even years after hostilities have ended. UXO
and mines repeatedly take the lives of innocent people and
animals. MineTech's aim is to reduce this threat and
educate people about the effects of land mines and the
precautions needed to avoid destruction, particularly in
areas where no clearance is likely to take
place.
